Hold on to your seats…
Scott Yoo returns to MCO!
Dynamo conductor Scott Yoo takes to the MCO stage once again, this time with an amazingly gifted saxophone soloist, Winnipeg’s own Allen Harrington.
One of the great contemporary conductors, Yoo has been appointed Music Director of the San Luis Obispo Mozart Festival in California and is currently in his 13th season as Music Director of the Metamorphosen Chamber Orchestra, co-founded in 1993.
Jocelyn Morlock
Jocelyn Morlock's compositions explore unusual timbres made possible by extended playing techniques; she enjoys experimenting with music of many styles and eras.
Allen Harrington
Harrington was one of six finalists in the International Adolphe Sax Competition, the most prestigious in the world. He was the first Canadian (and only second North American) ever to go so far in the competition.
